Everything you need to know about accessing courses, earning certificates
and managing your annual membership.

How does the annual membership payment work?

You’ll make one upfront payment of £144, giving you 12 months of access to the Aspire course library. This is equivalent to £12 per month, but the full annual amount is charged when you join. Your membership renews annually unless you cancel the renewal.

Which courses are included?

Your membership includes access to every eligible course in the Aspire course library across all six subject categories. You can study as many included courses as you like during your active membership.

Are CPD certificates included?

Yes. When you successfully complete an eligible CPD course and meet its assessment requirements, you’ll receive a digital certificate recognising your completion at no additional cost.

Will I get access to newly added courses?

Yes. Any new eligible courses added to the Aspire membership library during your 12-month membership will be available to you without an additional payment.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership renewal at any time. Cancelling prevents the next annual payment from being taken, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current 12-month membership period.

Can I receive a refund after joining?

Refund eligibility is subject to Aspire Academy’s Membership Terms and Refund Policy. Please review these before purchasing, particularly before accessing or completing course content.

Can I purchase a course without becoming a member?

Yes. Individual courses can still be purchased separately if you only want to complete one particular course. Membership is designed to offer better value for learners who want to explore several courses.

Can I share my membership with another person?

No. Aspire Membership is for one learner only and must not be shared. Each learner needs their own account so their course progress, assessments and certificates are recorded correctly.
