Sign in to your Aspire Academy account and open My Courses from your learner dashboard. Select the course you want to begin or continue.

Yes. Aspire courses are designed for flexible, self-paced learning, allowing you to study whenever it suits you.

Your learner dashboard records your course activity and completion progress automatically while you work through the lessons.

Refresh the page and check your internet connection first. If the problem continues, try another browser or device before contacting our support team.

Membership provides access to Aspire Academy’s complete course library, including newly added courses and eligible completion certificates.

Aspire Membership costs £144 per year, equivalent to £12 per month. The full annual amount is charged when you join.

Your membership provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase.

Your membership renewal details will be displayed during checkout and inside your account. You can manage your subscription through your learner dashboard.

You will lose access to membership courses when your access period ends unless your membership renews. Certificates already earned remain available in your account.

The available debit cards, credit cards and other supported payment methods will be displayed securely during checkout.

Yes. A payment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address connected to your Aspire Academy account.

Every course includes a digital certificate after you complete the required lessons and assessments.

After completing an eligible course, open the course or certificate area within your learner account and select the download option.

Courses identified as CPD accredited will clearly display their CPD status on the relevant course page.

Check that every required lesson and assessment has been completed. If the certificate still does not appear, contact our support team with your course name and account email.

Yes. You can use your certificate to demonstrate your completed professional development on your CV, portfolio or LinkedIn profile.
